Rotuli Vicinorum

Whereas a Walaleodi has no affiliation to TFA, though may adopt certain aspects of TFA for their own practices, the Vicinius is a neighbour. The Vicinius has no specific rights within TFA, but is a comrade showing support for the tradition who, for reasons of their own, wish to live in Frankishness without
being formally inducted into the religion. (Cmp. 41-42)

Each Vicinius is known, welcomed and considered a neighbour by the Farbond, the title and addition to the Rotuli Vicinorum is a vetted process and is not open to any and all. It is a privilege to be denominated Vicinius.
